Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a service if our ID verification requirement is not met. 

We follow KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations which urge this requirement to be met by all users of our services. The ID checks help us understand who are our customers are. 

We recommend obtaining a proof of ID as soon as possible to continue using our services.
